Navigating the Dashboard Header
The Dashboard is the starting page after you first log in to the website using the demo login. At the top of the page is the header. This includes the WordPress Admin Bar, the Site Navigation, and the Welcome Message.
Finding My Account Options
The top dark gray bar is the WordPress Admin Bar and is only visible if you are logged in through the “Login” link in the Site Navigation. By hovering over your account name in the upper right, you can access a few options for your account. Edit Profile lets you change your account details like your name, email address, and picture.

Occasionally a blue Alert Bar is visible below the header. This provides important information or links from the TCAA staff. Clicking the white X in the upper right corner will hide the message.

Notifications include important messages, notes, reminders, and links to files. The most recent Notifications are shown in the first box on your Dashboard. Clicking on View All will take you to a complete list of all current Notifications. The full list of Notifications can also be reached by clicking on the link in the Navigation in the Header.

The middle section of the Dashboard has a few handy links and serves only a shortcut to useful pages and documents. All of these links can also be reached through the Navigation or other links as well.
Back to Top ↑Checking Upcoming Meetings
The next Upcoming Meetings are displayed in the bottom section of the Dashboard. Clicking on View All will take you to a complete list of scheduled meetings. Clicking on View Details will open the detail page for that specific meeting.

Each meeting has a Meeting Details page that displays the meeting title, a description or other information about the meeting, and any Documents associated with that meeting.

The Document Archive can be reached either from the View All link on a Meeting page or from the Downloads link in the Navigation. On this page, all documents available for download are listed along with which Meeting they’re associated with as well as the date, the size, and kind of file that it is. The Filter searches all aspects of the documents including the meeting name and the file name.

The Glossary icon is located on the right hand side of every page. Clicking on it reveals an alphabetical list of useful terms and definitions relating to the site. Once open, clicking on the white X in the upper right corner will close the Glossary.
